Job Description

The teacher will be responsible for teaching school pupils, including delivering lessons, marking and correcting student homework, and reporting on student progress and assessment outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing teaching materials and lesson plans based on the provided books if required.
• Adapting and customizing the provided teaching materials in a way that best benefits classes.
• Delivering lessons using provided or quality-approved self-designed lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Marking and correcting student homework.
• Preparing, maintaining, and submitting timely and accurate feedback on lessons and student performance.
• Reporting on student progress and assessment outcomes.
• Attending and participating in training sessions and meetings as directed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching, Education, or a related teaching field.
• Recognized teaching certification such as TESOL, CELTA, TEFL, or equivalent qualification.
• Able to prepare and adapt lesson plans to meet the teaching requirements and learning needs of each school.
• Good interpersonal skills and time management skills.
• Teaching experience in reputable organizations is preferred.
• IELTS teaching experience is preferred.

Working Conditions

• Job type: Full-time
• Working time: Maximum 90 hours/month, including online and offline classes.
